At AIPC, safety is a fundamental value and a primary organisational priority. We are firmly committed to protecting the wellbeing of our employees, contractors, and the communities in which we operate. Our safety programmes are structured to strengthen and embed a strong safety culture across all levels of the organisation.

We operate on the principle that incidents are preventable when every task is performed with due care and discipline. Accordingly, our safety initiatives actively engage all personnel through measures tailored to three key groups: department heads and managers, supervisors, and frontline workers. Leadership plays a critical role in achieving and sustaining an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) workplace.

Our leaders demonstrate this commitment through direct participation in coaching initiatives, safety dialogues, and targeted workshops aimed at ensuring consistently safe and secure operations.
