Within the Group, the Board represents the highest governing authority, with its members serving as corporate stewards responsible for the oversight and direction of all management functions.

The Board is responsible for all significant leadership decisions at AIPC, including the appointment of senior management, the determination of the Company’s strategic direction, the formulation of policies, the establishment of ethical standards, and the evaluation of performance outcomes. It reviews and approves AIPC’s strategic plans, financial performance and reporting, organisational structure, and risk management framework, while providing oversight of policies, internal controls, and compliance processes.

All Board activities are undertaken with the clear objective of safeguarding and strengthening the long-term value of the Company.
