AIPC conducts its operations in accordance with the highest standards of integrity and expects an equivalent level of ethical conduct from its employees, contractors, and suppliers. Any form of fraudulent activity, whether perpetrated by or against the Company, is strictly prohibited.
To strengthen its approach to fraud prevention and detection, AIPC has established whistleblowing procedures that provide a secure channel for reporting concerns or information relating to actual or suspected fraud. These procedures are accessible to both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, contractors, supplier personnel, and former employees.

AIPC has become aware of fraudulent activities by unauthorised individuals or entities misusing the AIPC name in an attempt to obtain unlawful benefits on behalf of Arabian International Petroleum Corporation (AIPC) or its affiliates.
These involve false offers of employment purportedly issued on behalf of AIPC. Individuals may be contacted by persons claiming to represent AIPC or its agents, interviewed via telephone or online platforms, and directed to AIPC’s website for credibility. Fraudulent employment letters bearing the AIPC logo may be issued, requesting payment for work permits, visas, agency fees, accommodation deposits, medical examinations, or similar charges. In some cases, personal or banking information may also be requested. Any funds transferred are misappropriated, after which communication typically ceases.
These scams usually take the form of unsolicited emails, letters, or calls advising recipients of fictitious grants or awards. Victims are asked to pay various fees, such as processing charges, taxes, banking fees, or shipping costs, and may also be requested to provide personal information. No legitimate award is ever issued, and the intent is to extract repeated payments.
